TIAS School for Business & Society develops case study on the PACT ecosystem
7 October 2021
As part of a partnership between PACT and the Portuguese-Dutch Chamber of Commerce, 35 students from the Master’s Degrees in Public & Non Profit Management and Education Management at TIAS School for Business & Society, one of the most prestigious business schools in the Netherlands, are developing a case study on the PACT ecosystem and the Innovation Division, Cooperation, Entrepreneurship and Employability of the University of Évora (D!C2E).
The program promoted by the Dutch school includes direct contacts with several Portuguese organizations, with the aim of challenging students to put into practice the academic skills developed during the master’s degree. In the region of Évora, the PACT/D!C2E ecosystem, due to the success story it represents, was the object of study, and students were asked to identify actions that contribute to improving collaboration between the various stakeholders that are part of this ecosystem and thus expanding its success.
After several virtual contacts, yesterday, October 6th, a face-to-face work and networking session took place, which took place at the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, another case study, where representatives of various entities in the region were present.
Hugo Valadas, Business Development Executive of PACT and one of the hosts of this session, says that “for PACT it is a source of pride to be included in this program developed by one of the best business schools in Europe”, noting that “the fact that we are selected reflects the good work we have been developing in order to create an ecosystem that promotes entrepreneurship and innovation in the region”.
