PACT starts construction of three new buildings

PACT – Alentejo Science and Technology Park started this month the construction works of three new buildings that are part of the project to expand its facilities, signed by the architect Carrilho da Graça.
Carried out by Cari Construtores and financed by the Alentejo 2020 Operational Program, the new buildings have a contractual value of 4.83 million euros and an execution period of 330 days.
The PACT expansion project includes 4 new buildings, the first of which was inaugurated in May this year – the Infante Dom Henrique Center – and is already complete. This space will host, in addition to spaces dedicated to research, companies such as KPMG Portugal, CEiiA and Compta Emerging Business.
In total, we are talking about over 6100m2 that will allow PACT to welcome new companies linked mainly to its strategic areas: Aeronautics, Circular Economy, Health Technologies and Industry 4.0.
