Certified Training: Agile Methodology for Project Management

In a world in constant change, project management within organizations has to keep up with all these changes and for this a more agile approach is needed, which promotes flexibility to adapt throughout the process.
In this context, and taking into account the success of the first edition, PACT, in partnership with idt Consulting, now launches a new date for the 7-hour certified training on Agile Methodology for Project Management (initial level): November 28, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, at PACT’s facilities.

The training will be directed by Paulo Sousa, consultant, trainer, professor and researcher in the areas of Project Management, Business Process Management and Engineering, with 25 years of experience in the national and international market.
With a degree in Civil Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Road Engineering and Project Management, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management, he is an IPMA certified Project Manager – Level B, Prince 2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), CPP and PMO-CP (Project Management Office – Certified Practitioner) and Senior Civil Engineer.
