PACT AND INVENTA SIGN AGREEMENT ON THE CREATION OF AN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OFFICE

On October 3rd, PACT and INVENTA, an internationally renowned company in the provision of intellectual property services, signed a partnership protocol that formalizes the company’s integration into PACT’s Intellectual Property Office, which will be accessible to its entire ecosystem.
INVENTA is established in Lisbon and Porto, is made up of specialist Consultants, Official Industrial Property Agents, Lawyers, European Trademark and Design Representatives, and develops its activities in terms of registration and protection of Trademarks, Patents, Designs, Copyrights, Trade Secrets and Domain Names.
The agreement makes INVENTA the main partner of PACT in Intellectual Property matters and includes participation in events, promotion of training actions and workshops.
The moment was attended by Luís Caixinhas, Patent Engineer/Official Industrial Property Agent at INVENTA, and Soumodip Sarkar, Executive President at PACT, who represented both organizations.
With this step, PACT strengthens its capacity to support the regional business ecosystem, in the areas of entrepreneurship, research and innovation, promoting a more innovative and technological Alentejo.
