About the Trainer
Hugo de Sousa is a specialist in corporate innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) and data, with a diverse and impactful career. He has held leadership roles as Head of Innovation at Capita Plc (London) and BearingPoint (UKI), as well as Head of Digital Transformation at Turismo de Portugal, among other leading organizations, having worked in multiple industries.
He is Professor of Innovation at Bayes Business School – City University of London, Nova SBE Executive Education, and other renowned universities. Professionally, he is the founder of Mars Shot – Redefining Limits, an artificial intelligence company that helps organizations thrive through transformation and AI-driven innovation. He also led the voluntary project WeHelpUkraine.org, supported by the President of the Portuguese Republic.
Currently, he has dedicated himself to introducing artificial intelligence in organizations, with a special focus on the area of software development, allowing not only significant productivity gains, but also the continuous creation of value. His work is revolutionizing the way digital transformation is done, making it more agile, intelligent and sustainable.
