PACT is present at ExpoEstudante 2025 and reinforces the connection between students and companies in Alentejo

PACT – Alentejo Science and Technology Park – was present at ExpoEstudante 2025, an initiative organized by the Academic Association of the University of Évora (AAUE), whose main objective was to bring students closer to the professional world. The event took place on December 17th, at the Luís António Verney College of the University of Évora and featured lectures, debates and workshops, as well as a space reserved for companies.
At its stand, PACT made known its mission, areas of activity and the set of companies that make up its innovation ecosystem, as well as the existing professional opportunities in the Alentejo. The participation allowed direct contact with young people, promoting dialogue on employability, career development and retention of qualified talent in the region.
One of the main highlights was the promotion of the Talent Exchange, a recently created platform that aims to bring professional profiles closer to PACT’s business ecosystem, facilitating recruitment processes and identifying talent aligned with the needs of companies. This tool is part of the SYNCLUSIVE project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme, under Grant Agreement No. 101094526.
