This training aims to empower professionals and business leaders to build and manage effective communities and partnerships to promote open innovation. Open innovation involves collaborating with external partners and incorporating external ideas and expertise into the innovation process.

Participants will be able to increase their skills to identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships and to create an innovation community that drives the growth and business competitiveness of the EUROACE region.

Its general objectives are:
