Course to strengthen the employability of young people in Alentejo ends successfully and PACT reinforces its role as a promoter of talent in the region

28/10/2025

From September to October, PACT promoted the course “Tools to Enhance Employability”, a training course aimed at unemployed young people looking to strengthen their personal and professional skills.

The program, completely free of charge, was dedicated to preparing young people for the challenges and opportunities of the current labor market, supporting the prospection of job opportunities, career progression or the resumption of professional life, and included the introduction of Artificial Intelligence tools to support the processes.

Over 9 modules, trainees had access to content that reinforced essential skills, including self-knowledge, effective communication, teamwork and innovation.

Through interactive activities and moments of reflection, led by experienced trainers in the areas of Human Resources, Innovation and Coaching, participants gained confidence, discovered new tools and expanded their network of opportunities.

With this action, as part of the strategy to support employability, PACT reaffirms its commitment to training, employability and the creation of new professional opportunities in the Alentejo.

From this strategy to support employability, the “Talent Pool” stands out, launched in July and working as a repository of professional profiles shared with the PACT business ecosystem, with a view to integrating qualified professionals, according to the recruitment needs of companies. Applications can be submitted here. Learn more about the “Talent Pool” here.

These activities are part of the project “SYNCLUSIVE – Systemic approach to close employment gaps and create a more inclusive labour market for vulnerable groups” is funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme (Grant Agreement No. 101094526).
