28/11/2025

With the support and collaboration of the IEFP, PACT promoted, in November, 8 training actions with students from training courses at the IEFP Vocational Training Center.

Reaching a total of 87 participants, the sessions addressed topics such as: Ethics and Professional Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, Design Thinking, Applications – CVs and Cover Letters, and Time Management and Productivity.

The actions were taught by experienced trainers in the areas of Human Resources, Innovation and Coaching, with the aim of empowering participants with skills that facilitate their integration into the labor market.

This activity is part of the strategy to support employability that PACT has been carrying out, underlining its commitment to training, employability and the creation of new professional opportunities in the Alentejo.

From this strategy to support employability, the “Talent Exchange” stands out, a platform shared with the PACT business ecosystem that brings together professional profiles, in order to facilitate contact with qualified professionals and their hiring, according to the recruitment needs of companies.
