SPECIALIST DANIELA MARZAVAN TAUGHT A DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP AT PACT

On the 14th and 15th of March, PACT hosted a Design Thinking workshop, taught by Daniela Marzavan, Academic, Lecturer, Consultant, Keynote Speaker, TEDxSpeaker, Researcher, Entrepreneur and Facilitator.
With a Master’s degree in Politics and Psychology, Daniela Marzavan is pursuing a PhD on “Design Thinking that shapes organizations” at the Chair of Management at the Bauhaus University Weimar, and teaches Design Thinking internationally in MBA programs in four languages. After having created a coworking space in Berlin and the start-up incubator betahaus, Daniela is now an expert in translating design practices and transformation design for entrepreneurial-minded people, through her Berlin-based and internationally active innovation and capacity development agency – Marzavan.
Design Thinking is an approach known for driving innovation and helping to face complex challenges, in multiple areas, in a creative and empathy-based way. In the session, which was given in English and had a strong interactive character, participants had the opportunity to carry out various activities, both individually and in groups, sharing different perspectives and bringing ideas to life.
This initiative is part of the eGames Lab project, which is funded by the RRP – Recovery and Resilience Plan, and by the European Next Generation EU Funds.
