Alt.in.pacto2030

Problematic: The operation arises within the scope of the Alentejo Regional Strategy for Smart Specialization for the period 2021-2030 (EREI2030), which enshrines the active participation of PACT, as leader of the Regional Technology Transfer System (SRTT), in the Operational Coordination dimension of the Strategy, as a way of responding to the unsatisfactory implementation of the EREI2020 result, among other factors, of the limited implementation of the dynamics necessary to fulfill the tasks of the Operational Coordination dimension and, consequently, of the insufficiencies recorded in terms of the evaluation of the impacts of the implementation EREI2020.

Objective: Alt.in.pacto2030 has as its strategic objective to contribute to the development, competitiveness and innovation of the Alentejo by enhancing the impact of EREI2030 in the territory.

Key activities: The project will include the development of actions that add value to the active governance of the Strategy, including the dynamization of the SRTT, based on collaborative dynamics and with the design of annual and multiannual plans of activities, as well as the development of methodologies and monitoring tools that will allow monitoring territorial dynamics, evaluating the public policies applied and their reasoned adjustment with a view to the best pursuit of the objectives defined in the Alentejo Regional Specialization Strategy for the period 2021-2030. Through dissemination actions, it will also actively contribute to the dissemination of the EREI2030, promoting greater involvement of regional actors in the implementation of the Strategy.
