Professional Internships

In 2024, PACT reinforced its technical team through a professional internship (ATIVAR.PT) at the INSTITUTE OF EMPLOYMENT AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING, I.P.

This professional internship is part of the Demography, Qualifications and Inclusion Thematic Program, People 2030. This is a thematic program of Portugal 2030 that is dedicated to supporting public policy measures that allow to face the challenges of the population’s qualifications, employment, social inclusion and, transversally, the demographic issue. The programme has an allocation of around €5.7 billion funded by the ESF+ and is aimed at the less developed regions of the continent, although some of its measures may cover the regions of Lisbon and the Algarve.

It has interventions in the fields of active employment policies, education and vocational training and higher education, the fight against material deprivation, social inclusion and equal opportunities, with interventions that, together, also contribute to facing the demographic challenge, almost fully complying with the Portugal + Social objective.
