PACT hosts consortium meeting of the EDU NETWORK and SIG NETWORK projects

On March 2nd, the consortium meeting of the projects “Network for the promotion of qualification and knowledge of the Alentejo” (REDE EDU) and “Network for access to services of general interest in the Alentejo” (REDE SIG) took place at PACT.
The two projects are co-financed by the Alentejo 2020 Operational Program and led by the Alentejo Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDRA), and PACT is only a beneficiary of the first.
Both projects aim to strengthen cooperation and networking and foster articulation at regional and sub-regional level, in order to define instruments and tools that allow achieving work methodologies that raise the qualification and services of the Alentejo region.
The session aimed to present and discuss the work carried out so far, and discuss the next steps, also including a visit to the PACT 2.0 facilities, and presentation of PACT 2.1. In addition to PACT, the meeting was also attended by entities such as: University of Évora, Intermunicipal Community of Lezíria do Tejo, Intermunicipal Community of Baixo Alentejo, Intermunicipal Community of Alentejo Litoral, Intermunicipal Community of Central Alentejo, Intermunicipal Community of Alto Alentejo, Padre António Vieira Institute and Alentejo Regional Development Agency.
