PACT meets with Unicorn Quest project partners in Latvia

From 14 to 15 May, the Interregional Learning Event of the Unicorn Quest project , led by PACT, took place in Riga, Latvia.
The event was organized by the Zemgale Planning Region , one of the 13 partners that make up the consortium, and focused on accelerating policy improvements.
At the workshop dedicated to the theme, project partners and 11 stakeholders discussed regional challenges such as promoting entrepreneurship, developing and retaining talent, and fully supporting innovative and high-growth companies.
Furthermore, project partners learned about Zemgale’s regional ecosystem and its regional smart specialization strategy and had access to policy documents to inspire policy improvements in their regions.
