Relive the event of the year: recordings of TEDxÉvora talks are now available

On March 12th, PACT – Alentejo Science and Technology Park, in Évora, hosted TEDxÉvora 2026, an event that brought together national and international experts, regional agents, companies, students and the general public to discuss the challenges and opportunities that will influence the future of Alentejo.
Under the theme “Reprogramming the Future”, the meeting took place in front of a packed auditorium, asserting itself as a space for sharing ideas, experiences and perspectives in the areas of innovation, sustainability and social transformation. Throughout the event, 13 speakers explored four major strategic axes: Environment and Climate Change, Security and Defence, Health and Well-Being, and Work and Automation.
During the various interventions, multiple approaches were presented on how cultural traditions can coexist with the latest technological innovations, mutually reinforcing each other to improve the quality of life of communities and promote regional development.
