PACT celebrates partnership with Galhetas Catering

On April 19th, we entered the third phase of the deconfinement plan and the PACT restaurant/cafeteria will reopen with new management, in charge of Galhetas Catering.
With a strong presence in the area of events, one of the areas most affected by the context of the pandemic, Galhetas Catering felt the need to expand its offer and saw in the public tender opened by PACT “an opportunity to generate new revenues and explore a new business area, always with the quality that characterizes us”, say Rui and Vítor Galhetas, responsible for the company.
The cafeteria service will be open from 8 am to 6 pm and stands out for the freshness of bakery and pastry products. At the restaurant level, open from 12 pm to 3 pm, there will be a different menu every day, which includes soup, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as the possibility of choosing some grilled dishes on the spot.
Regarding the price, the menu of the day will be competitively priced and throughout the year there will be customer loyalty initiatives and special agreements for companies.
Hugo Valadas, Business Development Executive of PACT, says that “we were very excited about this partnership, not only for the possibility of having a company from Alentejo associated with PACT, but also for its innovative character”.
Currently, two initiatives are already under analysis that aim to enhance the involvement of the community in this project. One of them aimed at students in the area of Hospitality, which aims to facilitate a first contact with the business world, and another aimed at local producers, through the promotion of their products in this space.
