PACT creates Talent Pool to retain qualified professionals in Alentejo
PACT – Alentejo Science and Technology Park has launched the “Talent Pool”, an initiative that aims to support the PACT business ecosystem in the identification and integration of qualified professionals, according to their recruitment needs.
This platform works as a repository of professional profiles, offering PACT partner companies direct access to resumes and key information about candidates, such as professional title, academic degree, area of training and accumulated experience.
The Talent Pool is in line with PACT’s mission to foster synergies between academia — namely the University of Évora and the Polytechnic Institutes of Portalegre, Beja and Santarém — and the region’s business fabric, with a special focus on the science, innovation and technology sectors.
With this initiative, PACT intends to actively contribute to the retention of talent in Alentejo and to the strengthening of the regional economy.
Applications can be submitted here. The candidates’ data will be available for a period of 12 months.
This initiative also takes place within the scope of the SYNCLUSIVE project (Horizon Europe) which aims to promote the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labour market.
