PACT introduces Alentejo to digital nomads with AlenteJourney

As part of the eGames Lab (PRR) project, PACT promoted the AlenteJourney roadshow, which took place on the 16th, 17th and 18th of July, and took 30 digital nomads and entrepreneurs from 18 nationalities to discover the potential of the Alentejo as a destination for innovation and remote work.
The initiative passed through locations such as Montemor-o-Novo, Marvão, where the delegation was received by Tiago Teotónio Pereira, Executive Member of PR Alentejo 2030, and Monsaraz.
The roadshow’s agenda included a dinner with the presence of Dr. José Manuel Santos, President of the Regional Tourism Entity of Alentejo and Ribatejo, on the second day of the event.
On the morning of the last day, the participants were received at the headquarters of Évora 2027 – European Capital of Culture, by Dr. António Costa da Silva, in a moment dedicated to the articulation between culture, innovation and regional development. The event ended with a visit to PACT, during the afternoon, where the delegation got to know the innovation ecosystem and also renowned companies installed in the Park.
