PACT launches tender for the construction of a new building

The public tender for the construction of the first of the four new buildings that are part of the expansion project of PACT – Alentejo Science and Technology Park, was launched yesterday, February 2, 2021.
PACT will soon have more physical space to welcome new companies linked mainly to its strategic areas: digital health, circular economy, industry 4.0 and aeronautics.
The expansion project, developed by the architect Carrilho da Graça, represents an investment of €8.2 million and has community support. In total, four new buildings will be built, with 6100m2, which will be located on land adjacent to the current PACT building.
The first building to be built will be the Infante Dom Henrique Building (Beta Zone), whose base value of the procedure is €2.2 million, with an execution forecast of 300 days.
