PACT launches free course for young people with a focus on employability

PACT launches the Course “Tools to Enhance Employability”, a training program especially aimed at young people, in particular unemployed young people, who want to strengthen their skills and prepare for the challenges of the labor market.
This course provides practical knowledge, essential tools and participatory methodologies that support active job search, career development or professional reintegration.
With a dynamic, interactive and person-centered approach, the contents combine theory and practice, inviting participants to reflect, experiment and create their own path. The program also includes current tools, such as the use of Artificial Intelligence, to support this process.
The course takes place in September and October 2025 and is organized into 10 independent training modules, each focusing on the development of core competencies and, in particular, soft skills:
- Self-knowledge and career planning – September 2nd
- Personal Brand – September 4th
- Applications – CVs and Cover Letters – September 9th
- Job search and networking – September 16th
- Job interview – September 25th
- Emotional intelligence and stress management – September 30th
- Ethics and professional behavior – October 2nd
- Effective communication and teamwork – October 8th
- Design thinking – October 14th
- Time management and productivity – October 21th
The course is flexible in attendance, this is participants can select the most relevant modules, and participation in all training sessions is not mandatory.
The training will be facilitated by:
- Anabela Silva – Graduated in Business Management, specialized in Human Resources and certified in Coaching, Happiness Management and DISC Profile Analysis. With experience in team leadership and talent development.
- Andreia Morita – Degree in Management and Master in Finance, with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, open innovation and business training. Throughout his career, he has supported entrepreneurs and promoted collaborative projects that promote innovation and the circular economy.

This programme is part of the SYNCLUSIVE project, which aims to promote the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labour market and prevent situations of occupational exclusion. The Portuguese Living Lab, co-promoted by PACT, develops training actions to facilitate employability and foster professional mobility of young people in vulnerable situations.
