PACT participates in the Alentejo Business Forum

Representing PACT, João Assunção, Operations Executive and Board Advisor, was one of the guests at the Round Table “Alentejo 2030: Opportunities and Challenges” within the scope of the Alentejo Business Forum promoted by NERE- Business Association in partnership with Nerbe/Aebal – Business Association of Baixo Alentejo and Litoral and Nerpor – Business Association of the Portalegre Region that took place yesterday, January 30, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Round Table was moderated by João Silvestre, economics editor of Expresso, and had as other speakers:
Carlos Pinto de Sá, Mayor of Évora;
José Eduardo Carvalho, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee of AIP – Portuguese Industrial Association;
Alexandra Alvarez, representative of IAPMEI – Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation;
Pedro do Carmo, Member of the Assembly of the Republic and President of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture and Fisheries.
This event allowed us to discuss the impact of European funds on the development of the region, from various perspectives.
