PACT represents the eWAsTER project in Interreg Euro-MED Gathering

From April 2nd to 4th, PACT’s Executive President, Soumodip Sarkar, was in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) to participate in the Interreg Euro-MED ISE Mission’s 3rd Community of Practice Gathering.
The meeting served to equip project partners with practical approaches to influencing citizen behaviour, by exploring common barriers and success factors in citizen engagement while designing effective measurement strategies for behaviour change initiatives. The event also saw the launch of the Mentoring & Twinning programme, which will help projects guarantee their results are adopted by other regions in focused pilot tests, and encouraged parallel sessions held to connect local actors to several thematic projects to foster collaboration across the Mediterranean.
The Innovative Sustainable Economy’s Community of Practice plays a vital role in strengthening networks and amplifying project impact. With 158 organisations from 18 countries, the CoP creates a dynamic space for collective knowledge and learning by bringing together 14 Thematic Projects and 2 Governance Projects.
PACT is the leader of the eWAsTER project under the Interreg Euro-MED 2021-2027 programme, which seeks to transform electronic waste into opportunities for a sustainable and innovative economy, recovering this waste and preventing environmental damage.
