15 February 2023

Increasingly, companies are aware that they need to rethink their processes and working methods in order to achieve a more efficient management of resources.

To help companies and entrepreneurs in the process of transition to the circular economy, one of our strategic areas, PACT organizes on March 10, at 4:00 p.m., an online workshop on this topic. With this initiative, it is intended to train companies in the implementation of ESG criteria and sustainability reporting. Participation is free, and prior registration is required here.

The workshop will be directed by Joana Capela Pires, Project Manager in Circular Economy at PACT, and will address the following topics:

Corporate Social Responsibility;
ESG implementation objectives;
ESG overview in European companies;
Responsible investment strategies;
Sustainability indexes;
Economic advantages of ESG implementation;
SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals);
Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive;
Sustainability Reports;
GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) methodology.
This action takes place within the scope of the LOCALCIR project, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund ERDF under the Interreg V-A Spain-Portugal (POCTEP) 2014-2020, and which aims to increase the entrepreneurial spirit and favor the creation of new business ideas in the green and circular economy sector in the EUROACE region (Alentejo, Center of Portugal and Spanish Extremadura).
