Bridgehead Global is an internationalization program that aims to make it easier for European healthcare companies to expand beyond Europe. The aim of the programme is to prepare the ground for international expansion and to help companies achieve their first tangible business results in non-European markets.

The programme follows an individual and needs-based approach, matching promising start-ups and SMEs with suitable clusters, accelerators and incubators (Global CATalysers or Global CATs) based in Europe and cooperating with its own network of global partners beyond Europe.

Global CAT will guide the SME’s departure and facilitate their preparation and availability to travel to the location of their choice in EIT Health’s network of collaborators beyond Europe, including the USA, Canada, Israel, China and Japan, among others.

The Program is suitable for micro and small healthcare companies (MedTech, BioTech and Digital Health) that have a defined product strategy, proven traction in the domestic market and a precise internationalization plan. PACT, as Global CAT and through its network of contacts and partners, will assist the French company Meditech in its internationalization process in the Indian market.
