Objectives, activities and expected results:

This project aims to stimulate the active participation of PACT in the increase of business innovation enhanced by collaboration with companies, through the hiring of highly qualified human resources, for the development of transfer and valorization activities ‐ Descriptive Memorandum ‐ 29 / 64 NOTICE Nº ALT20‐59‐2019‐24 of knowledge (TVC) for companies with a view to responding to problems in the field of innovation and competitiveness.

In this sense, the objectives of this operation are:

to promote innovation in the national economic fabric through the offer of new products and services and new companies and entrepreneurs;

increase the productivity and competitiveness of the economy and, in particular, the articulation between the business fabric and the institutions of the scientific and technological system, accelerating the dissemination, transfer and use of technologies, as well as the incorporation of knowledge and R&D results by companies;

fill the deficit of human resources allocated to interface institutions/technological infrastructures, by hiring 5 new employees.

Qualification of human resources of regional companies

Promotion of knowledge transfer and valorization (TVC)
