PACT Initiatives – COVID-19 Strategic Action Plan

25 March 2020

It is difficult to adapt to new situations, especially when they are imposed on us without prior notice (let’s be honest, any adaptation costs). However, it is in the ability to deal with problems and adapt that the solution may lie. In personal life as well as in the business world, in our business and in decision-making, entrepreneurs are constantly put to the test! They have to, by their ideas and ambitions, resist the pressure in the most adverse situations and continue. The world doesn’t stop, what about us? Neither do we.

In this situation of “crisis” we choose not to stop. Instead, we decided to adapt, innovate and respond.

PACT in its mission and for its social role wants to be an engine of information and support for companies in the region, for this reason it is implementing a set of actions adapted to the (pandemic) context we are experiencing. The goal is only one: to contribute to a better tomorrow.

The time has come to challenge the status quo that bothered us so much and created stress on a daily basis, to reflect and analyze the added value of new habits, to correct our choices that have so much impact on the environment and, consequently, on humanity. In our personal lives and in our business, let’s use this “forced stop” to realign strategies and to value quality and not quantity!

The main objective of the Strategic Action Plan is to respond to the difficulties experienced in the current situation of the country. This is a plan that aims to respond to the lack of hospital equipment and material to combat COVID-19; the need for companies based in PACT to adapt (in IN and ON models) and bring them closer to PACT; and, finally, a response to support companies, entrepreneurs and young people, so that the world does not stagnate.

In this way, PACT has prepared the initiatives described in the diagram above – all the information regarding them, as well as the respective schedule will be made available soon.
